These guys are Great! Even in spite of some serious challenges that caused a number of delays on our side, they didn't give up on us. Once we had our biggest hurdle completed they have been getting things done quicker than I thought they'd be able to. They keep us updated and are easy to contact. Jim Sanders has been great to work with, even in spite of some of my frustrations that were not his fault that probably drove him nuts. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add a small home in their backyard. A great option for aged parents. We sold our home and are building this home in our son's huge backyard so we are closer and I, as his caregiver can have some help with my husband.
