We had a fantastic experience with Duran and his team! They built the pool house of our dreams, and it exceeded our expectations. They listened to our design ideas, drew up a great plan, and were open to adding all the extras we wanted: electrical upgrades, floor upgrades, extra windows, exterior design details, a great front porch with a wood ceiling…the list goes on. We are greatly enjoying our new space. Duran and his team worked very fast and we were done in about 3 months.

These guys are Great! Even in spite of some serious challenges that caused a number of delays on our side, they didn't give up on us. Once we had our biggest hurdle completed they have been getting things done quicker than I thought they'd be able to. They keep us updated and are easy to contact. Jim Sanders has been great to work with, even in spite of some of my frustrations that were not his fault that probably drove him nuts. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add a small home in their backyard. A great option for aged parents. We sold our home and are building this home in our son's huge backyard so we are closer and I, as his caregiver can have some help with my husband. Sam and Dillon are the best... these guys communicate well, know their stuff and moved very quickly. I am a high touch customer and like responsive and available partners for projects like this and they have gone above and beyond. Steve and his team took the time to assist with my inquiry of building a potential 2B/1B ADU with a 2 car garage. Steve went above and beyond to call the planning and zoning department to see if this was possible, provided me 3D modeling plot plans and was quick to respond to all my questions. Ultimately, the town would not approve the proposed project.
